-Respect property rules and guidelines
-Use services only for lawful purposes

3. Property Owners
Property owners agree to:
-Provide accurate property details
-Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., permits such as CITQ where applicable)
-Maintain safe and habitable conditions
-Authorize GCG Stay to manage listings and operations

4. Guests
Guests agree to:
-Follow house rules and local laws
-Respect the property and neighbors
-Provide accurate booking information

5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. GCG Stay will inform the clients before any charge (if necessary to be done via GCG) and takes their approval.

6. Communication & SMS Terms
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive operational communications from GCG Stay, including:
-Booking-related messages
-Check-in/check-out instructions
-Service updates

Important:
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messagesIf marketing SMS is introduced in the future, it will be subject to:
-Explicit opt-in consent
-Clear unsubscribe instructions
-Full compliance with CASL and telecom regulations
